Bright Community Services provides 245D Integrated Community Supports (ICS) and home and community-based services that promote independence, dignity, and community inclusion for individuals in Minnesota. Our services are designed to support individuals in living as independently as possible in their own homes and communities through person-centered planning and skill-building supports.

  • Elderly Waiver (EW) and Alternative Care (AC) Program

Our services are designed to support individuals in developing skills and receiving assistance in daily living, community participation, health and safety, household management, and adaptive living skills.

Who We Serve

We serve individuals with disabilities and adults aged 18 and older who are enrolled in Minnesota Medicaid waiver programs, including:

  • Brain Injury(BI) Waiver
